After eighty years of activity as a local market, the iron and glass structure of the Mercato del Carmine has been restored and rearranged to host the new market, an activity based on the idea of responsible consumption and products of regional excellence.
The architectural project aims to create a continuity between the external spaces of the square and the internal ones that develop between the counters, while the choices of materials used follow the philosophy of the consortium, preferring local woods and stones.
Inside there are three counters and a restaurant service, as well as an information point and a flexible space for presentations and events.
